I know what you mean. When I was selling my Kenworth truck last year a scammer from Scotland who I'm sure was Russian or Eastern European tried to buy it for more than I was asking. He kept calling it the 'item for sale'. He was ridiculously transparent. I played along, the whole nine yards. His 'hook' was this: He'll send me a check for $19,000 (although the sale price was $14,000). I should then cash the check and Western Union him the $5,000 that he would ostensibly use for 'transportation'. He gave me the address in the UK to send the check. I gave him the address of the NY District Atty to send his big check. I then contacted the constable in charge of his district in Scotland alerting him of the intl scam. My last email to the prick was thus: "Carl, after I cashed your check the FBI contacted me and said something was amiss. They took the check from the bank also. I assured them that you were 'totally honest' as you had assured me many times. Don't worry. The FBI will get this misunderstanding right. Also, Chief Inspector Windsor will be coming around to your place in Scotland to continue the query. God Bless You and all Russians."

As great as that sounds, there's no one there to talk to. I picked up too (twice) and there was silence.

Have received calls from 406 530 5038 from Laurel, MT several times today. They hang up. The calls come to my cell phone which is registered as a do not call.

This number is a solicitation by Comcast. 406-530-5038 Unwarranted and unwelcome, since I am already on a DNC list.

FYI - I do not have Comcast but I got a call from this number. It was easy to take care of - I called and just by pressing '1', I am now removed from their list.

received calls from 2 numbers with this area code....call blocked them both. Panasonic has new phones out that you call call block up to 30 numbers, with or with out the caller ids. have had mine for 6 months and I love it. it will pickup a call blocked number give em a couple of busy beeps and hang up on them. and only ring once when its a called blocked number.its a great phone system. here's the model # KX-TG7432 you can them at amazon and buy.com for under 100.00 bucks. get yours today and take back your privacy! An automated message soliciting a home alarm systems keeps contacting my cell phone number. If I don't awnser there is no coice message left but if I do awnser there is only an automated voice recording. Is there any way to stop this from re-occuring and calling my number? Calls are several times a day and are a nuisance!
