Caller is Toyota Financial Services. They finance sales and leasing for Toyota and Lexus.
Recorded message asking to hold for the next available customer representative. I hung up, I didn't call them, they called me and the representative should have been there if they really wanted to talk!!!!
They call several times even if you are not behind, they start calling me daily about a week & half before my bill is due, just to make sure I am going to pay, been doing that from day 1, & even when you tell them yes, it is set up to come out on the website the calls still come in.
I've had them calling for over a week when I'm all caught up with payments. They say that they'll record it in their system and make sure that I get no further calls but they keep calling. Just horrible customer service with them.
Calling on a freaking sunday?!?!?! How far do i have to let it go before i file for harassment charges? Ridiculous!
Why are you here? Pretending like you pay your bills? Like we believe THAT!Toyota has lost a lot of business because of these erroneous "Reminders" and harassment.
These people call me asking for different people I have never heard of. I own neither a Toyota or Lexus vehicle. I have told them repeatedly that they have the wrong number and I have been getting multiple calls per day. I asked to speak with a supervisor today and the person was unwilling and wanted to "help" me. Supposedly I have been removed from the list. I requested the employee id number and branch location of the individual, but I was informed they are not allowed to disclose their location.
