Not sure if this is a scammer. No business information was left in the message. The "caller" who sounds like an AI/bot didn't give any details other than a person's name who isn't in our household and a reference number to give when the person calls the number back. I wouldn't trust that if it was me, so I am documenting it for others, just in case.

According to my log, has called 10 times since 2023, always a new caller ID, this one came up as TellCityHall but same number, and at 9:49pm ffs.
