Called me this morning threatening me that my social security number is suspected because my name is 25 credit cards and has loans of millions of dollars.
told me they were calling about supposed fraudulent activity on my social security account and that if I did not return their call my account would be suspended or cancelled. obvious scam. robotic voice.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
