Scam. Asked for money to support police with better protective gear, then hands you over to person asking for your Visa.
This number just call me today 11-4-2019 around 4;40pm asking for my name "if I was home" then hangup. Very concern. I don't know how I fell for it .

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
