I have gotten several calls from this # plus others, did not leave a message. So far I have blocked over 50 #'s that are scams from either winning something, debt consolidation, grant money, ect. How do they get away with it. Why would they take the time to call someone and when they answer they hang up or leave no message - never understood that part of the scam game, lol. Does anyone know why they do that?
