Can people who report this please also tell us what they were doing at the time they got it? It doesn't make sense if it was out of the blue. If this was while you were trying use online banking, there may malware or an intermediary site (evil proxy). It would be nice to know the details.

called three times in less than 2 minutes! Came up as "Spam" sure enough.. pretty sure it is. No reason to keep calling and calling and calling.. Finally, blocked it. Never answered the phone, and.. glad I didn't.
