Called my cell phone on August 28th, 2015 at 9:57am pacific time. No caller ID. Did not leave a message.
Answered and there was no response on the other line after repeatedly asking, "Hello?". Called back and let it ring a couple dozen times for fun before it hung me up. *shrugs*
Robocall to my cell.I never got these UNTIL I placed my number on the national do-not-call list. Awesome.
