Tim, from customer service . . . Robo call. I hung up prior to listening to the rest of the scam.
Just received a call from this number. At first I thought there was a live person on the other end offering me a "customer award" for staying at one of their resorts, one week at some place in Daytona Beach for free if I rented a car from a particular company. After asking him to identify what company he was calling on behalf of I quickly realized it was a pretty slick robo-call playing pre-recorded responses to questions and responses. Hung up.
Called and did not leave a message. Tried to call back a few times but it was constantly busy. Whitepages.com has this Verizon cell number listed as a "Heavy spam activity suspected".
