Glad i have an idea as to who this is, same two numbers this week. The 415-358-0611 was asking if i wanted to further my education. I asked not to be called again but then called from 313-989-088 number however this time he just hangs up. Will not answer their calls anymore. Just another scam.
1415-358-0611 Is definetly a scam and I think when you call them back if you have GIVEN THEM INFO, THEY BLOCK YOUR NUMBER AND YOU CAN NEVER GET THROUGH TO THEM AGAIN unless you call them from a different number. I'm changing all my financial/banking just to be on the safe side.
The same thing happened to me. I was curious becuase i never applied for one and I got hung up on. It was a guy with some Indian accent.

Call came in at 3:41P.M. on February 9, 2026. No spoken message was left. I checked the missed call box that read not in service. I checked the phone and there was a dial tone. I assumed the call was a scam.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
