robo call from a payday loan press 1_ etc

Automated call saying that my application for a payday loan in the amount of $1,500 was approved, and to hit 1 to talk to an operator. I waited and it hung up. Just to be on the safe side, I went out and looked at my credit reports, which seemed to be in order.

This number has left several messages, and all are so static-y that it's almost impossible to make out even whether it's live or a recording. But what little voice comes through sounds like a robodialer, not a live human.

Whoopee, the loan I never applied for, was approved ! Press 1 for more info, or Press 9 to never be called again, at which time a female says "hello". I reply "never call this # again, I don't care who you are, or what you are selling" Hangup !

Smart Cash Loans keeps calling me. They say I have been approved for a loan. I have NEVER applied for a loan with them or any other company like them. The associates have thick accents and are very rude. One man called me a liar and said that I was Joanna Diaz. I am NOT.

if I don't recognize the number, I don't answer it...if it's important, like my bank trying to contact me, but using one of their many phone numbers, my voice mail says, "if you don't leave a message, I won't call you back." If it is one of these prank calls or computer sales calls...they don't leave a msg, and I don't call them!

I just got a call from this number this morning; back to back. It was an automated voice message informing me that my loan from 'Cash One' has been approved. I hung up shortly after, then they called me about, but this time nothing was said and they ended the call on their side.

I got a call from them today. I pressed 9 to have my number removed, and a man answered anyway. He said "You cannot and willnot have your number removed" I said please do not call me back. He then threatened me, claiming to have my address and social security number. I am in the process of trying to report him to authorities. His name is Mike.

I am so sick of receiving these calls. I have registered my number with the Do Not Call but it doesn't seem to stop these people from calling. I don't answer any calls from numbers that I don't know. 99% of them don't leave messages. I've gotten a couple that did leave a message saying they were with the IRS and they were sending the sheriff to arrest me if I don't make a payment. These people are all POS. Trying to take advantage of people and scam them out of their hard earned money because they are to lazy to get a real job.

Just got a call and added this # to the block list!
