It is collection agency named CBV. They have been calling me for 5 years now and I am not the person they are looking for. Everytine they promise me to delete my number from the file and I get a call from them in next few days.

I just got a new number from Bell and this 416-491-2419 called twice already and I didn't even given my number yet to all my friends and relatives and this one kept calling I didn't answer it and I blocked it.

This is CBV Collections. They are completely not legit. They go to peoples credit history and pull old information in the hopes they can scam you out of money. Report them to the BBB and the Police. Other people have reported this company to the Privacy commission.

Comes up in my phone as a medical clinic, but when I called them they're some business that supposedly works with Medicare? I'm too young for medicare. Scam call.
Sounds like a potential call center scam.
Said they were from Bank of America calling me about a fraud alert on my account. When I told them I do not have an account with B o A - they hung up on me. Ironic!
They said it's a business call from northern light. Not real and clearly spam. Northern light must have its phone numbers data leaked.
