I keep getting a call from Reliance but never answer the phone and blocked the number. We will never pay them because we were cheated by door to door sale people, we did not realize we signed a ten year contract until our first bill come.The original company was Ontario Safety Standards and they sold contract to Reliance Home Comfort. We signed a contract in 2017. Now we hired a lawyer and we have a case against them.
