received call from 416 935 5555, no one spoke from the other end and then the lilne went dead after a couple of minutes.

After I finished speaking to a customer relations rep at Rogers. She had to call me back with some additional info and this number came up.
this number just called my house and the person said my internet is interfering with others in my neighbourhood. Techhies at Rogers say they never heard of any problem like that. So who is making the call then?
It's a legitimate Rogers support number.They were calling to give us a status update on an open tech support ticket we had.
Wanting me to do a customer incentive plan. Couldn't take no for an answer. Sooo tired of all of these calls that waste our time.
rogers tech support, I had issue's with my service *(related to software & tech issue's) it is a legit telephone number that called me back to confirm the issue had been resolved & fixed at they're end.respectfully I thanked them.
