Hey Clyde,You were a big help in all of this (been involved all along), but now you sound a little too lofty. Don't forget where you come from....you could not have surmised all that you did without everyones help. Please don't take this post and reply with another mail, just come down a little (tone down the ego a bit).
There's just no need for any bad vibes here. I have no thoughts whatsoever that I did anything on my own. I do stand firm a few things: 1) I think we're lucky that whoever the 800notes.com people haven't deleted our [***] off of this site! and 2) There has been a lot of space here devoted to stuff other than information - and double-spaced to boot; which I don't consider productive. Just one person's opinion. That's all I meant by TMI.SO....Back to: Our Common Reason For Being Here:It has been a week since JR's arrest, and given the recent weather conditions in Baton Rouge, it might be a good idea to start calling the phone number in LA attached to his warrant:(225)342-6609. The reason would be to 1) Make sure that the extradition is on schedule and that the hurricane flooding hasn't delayed it; and 2) If it is delayed, to make it clear that there are a lot of people who are expecting justice. The more people who vocalize their investment in the perp's incarceration - i.e.: the victims - the better! I plan to send an email to the scam victims I have addresses for to remind them that the extradition should be going down soon. I am also going to call my contact at the SPI P.D. and ask if he would try and get some specifics about JR's transport.Right now is the time to be vigilant - because it's possible that he could be released on some technicality, and that would be a pretty big letdown for everyone (except JASON, of course).
I don't get it... why wouldn't you people look into this person before giving him a ton of money?????????????????????????? that's insane as him to me!!!
I think people have a right to whine about Jason. He is a one man wrecking crew and hurt many people. I am sure he will hurt many more. I found out about him from here and arranged along with those who will remain nameless (unless they wish to identify themselves). This complaining about him gave an excellent picture of his patterns and hopefully will warn others in the future. If he doesn't stay in long, this thread will help give a clear picture for his next prosecution (he will most certainly re-offend). Also going out of state and committing more crimes is not a slap on the wrist as far as probation is concerned. They do not have to prove the charges either (you have little to no due process rights for probation violations), if looks like it he has been actively stealing they will revoke his probation. Often, drug offenders are let off the hook for testing dirty as it is self harm but just try to steal or be violent. Don't sweat it Clyde, you did the legwork and deserve some praise.
If anyone is still looking for him, he is on Facebook, pics and all. Looking up old friends.
Before he was picked up a call was made to the FBI to make sure he was actually going to jail. The FBI didn't have any warrants but Louisiana did said it would extradite him. Extradition is no problem as the bus to Brownsville is pretty busy both ways.
Not sweating it at all, just pointing out that we are "guests" here and are way outside the boundaries of this original website's intention. Which is partly why, early on, I requested that people post the same thing over and over again; and not to doublespace. The other reason I requested judicious use of space was to spare people endless scrolling. Not looking for any credit, don't even care about it - am focused on one thing and one thing only.
