Received a call about signing for papers for a credit card that isn't on my credit report from 10yrs ago
This number called and said that I would have some sort of legal documents that I’d need to sign, left reference number. I called back & they said I had an account with Wells Fargo that was now suing me. I couldn’t remember ever having a wells account, called charged off & they said there wasn’t an account in their system for me.
Received a phone call from Olivia Thompson from this number stating she would be in my area to drop off legal documents for me to sign. I called the number back but it never says the company other than claims department. No one was there to answer. I think this is a scam. No one really calls you before they are going to have you sign legal documents or to serve you with legal documents.
Said legal documents needs signature. I have no idea what they are talking about.

Called three times and left no message. The third time the name that came up on my phone was Authors Club president. I answered and the caller then said they were collecting on a debt, claimed they were recording the call. Scam.
