That's what mine was for. The woman on the other line was saying that I had won a contest I had entered a month or two before. It didn't sound like a scam to me although it could possibly be one.
Just received a call from this number. Caller ID said Michelle Jordy. I have noticed a lot of these scam calls have started using ordinary names instead of company names.
These calls are through enom.com or whoisprivacyprotect.com (owned by enom.com ) in Kirkland , Washington . Enom is the largest spam operation ever known . They also spam under forona.com

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
