The scammers or criminals do know about the DNC list. What they dont care about is you/us or the laws they are breaking. The only thing they care about is getting your personal information by using any tactics/means available to them so they can steal your hard earn money. Outside of that, they could care less. They will constantly call and call and call, in thier failed attempts to get you to answer the phone. If you dont reconize the phone number, don't answer the phone and let your answering machine take the call. If no VM is left, the call wasn't important to begin with. If its important, they will leave a message. Because my phone constantly rings from unknown callers at all hours of the day and into the night, like you, I turned my ringer off on my landline phone and let my answering machine take the calls. If i dont reconize the number and no VM is left, I won't call the number back to find out who they are or why they called either. That's what the answering machine is for.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
