I did find out this number is in unionbridge, MD it is a landline through a company called teleport communications Group America Inc.
called back and not in service. definitely a scam. i regret calling it back though, they may have collected some info on me. ya never know. might get a surprise bill or something. be careful.

I've been getting multiple calls a day from this number, and the phone has never rung long enough to go to my voicemail, so I'll NEVER answer it. What's interesting is that the number is registered in the small town I was born in 70 years ago!
