I live in BC Canada and I received this number at 5:15 pm PST and I just picked it up without looking at the number as it was supper time, and they wanted to do a survey, I just hung up and added them to my blocked list.

I just received a call from this number and it was a recorded message saying something about a diet pill.

Received a voice mail from this number inviting participation in a survey on weight loss ... options given to opt in or opt out. I did neither and deleted.

I got a call this PM and it was a weight loss company looking for suckers. "Press 1 to hear more or press 8 to have your number removed". I pressed 1 and they said a Customer Service Rep would call me back.I CAN'T FREAKIN' WAIT!!!!!!!!

Received a call fro 444-444-4444 at 1:54 PM today. Checked caller I - It looked odd did not answer.We are listed on the national DO NOT CALL LIST, which based on our experience is totally ignored.To resolve these issues, we do not reply to any 1-800; 1-866;1-877;or 1-888 calls.Our answering machine not replies "Sorry, we no longer accept any 1-800; 1-866; 1-877; 1-888 calls, or any other calls where the caller name is not shown. Local callers may leave a message"We rarely see a repeat call!!!

My family and I were watching some tv yesterday when we were disturbed by a phone call.We saw who it was on the tv,and we were kinda confused because we've never even seen a number like that before. It said test 444-444-4444 and it rang like a long distance number, We obviously didn't answer it. I don't know how we got this, like what may said above, I never put my house number online just my cell phone,and I never participate in winning anything, so this is kinda fishy.... Now hopefully I won't get any more calls :P

They called me about 2 minuets ago, I'm not going to lie. Being home alone and getting that is scary. But they are probably laughing their [***]'s off at everyone here.

I've been getting all these weird # calls. Never answer them. It's just common sense not to. I only suffer through 3 rings and my answering machine kicks in. There is never any message left. If it's important, the person will leave their name and get back to you. So, all these dumb # are of no concern to me. They are a nuisance, granted. Anne

Who ever is using this number will be out of luck in this area - which has a large Chinese population. The number 4 (pinyin) is very unlucky - homophonous to the word "death

I recieved a call from this 444-444-4444 number. Strange because I am on the DNC list (Do Not Call) for phone solicitation. I didn't answer and they did not leave a message. I have read some of the posts on this site and I have a funny feeling that this is one of those Nigerian money scams. Best advise I can think of is to, never answer your phone unless you know who is calling. This is because I once recieved a call from a man claiming to be with the police dept. in my city. He asked a few questions, which seemed quite odd and when I began to question him ( Badge # etc) he became extremely hostile and hung up.
