This number texted using my legal name and address asking if I want to sell my home.

Research elsewhere indicates it’s a survey call from Hello Fresh on “Why you cancelled your subscription?” I HAD an account w/ Hello Fresh… I HAD to cancel because their courier could NOT find me… despite the fact I live in the MIDDLE of a major metropolitan area. I explained extensively by phone and e-mail why I was cancelling… WHAT more could they possibly need to ask me? IF this is actually Hello Fresh… then why is there no name associated w/ this number? I call BS. In addition… when you set up an account with HF, you have to provide a phone number… and once you have an active account… then you have basically given them permission to contact you by phone. However… once the account has been deactivated… it should be a given that they no longer have your permission to contact you by phone… ESPECIALLY if you’re on the DNC list. They’ll fill up your e-mail inbox with never ending daily spam, isn’t that enough? If the contract is worded such that they retain the right to contact you… then that gives you some idea as to how they run their business. Personally… it’s time for complaints to the FTC and the FCC.

Called two days in a row. Unable to call back. Someone else posted on a different site that it is Hello Fresh asking why they cancelled their service.
