These idiots have been calling us on and off for the last year to “Verify Employment” often for people they seem to know little or nothing about. They call from changing numbers, are VERY evasive (a big difference from simply “not being given information on the client!”) and their calls smack of the kind of info phishing scams so often seen on the news. I know of no company with such slip-shod professionalism that they would give out such info to cold-call strangers. We certainly don’t and the last time they called, I informed them that “We are a decent, respectable company and we do not debase ourselves or our reputation in the community by assisting skip-tracers.” That seemed to get the point across and we haven’t heard from them since. Bottom line, people (and “rnn employee” too) a business license and business insurance doesn’t make you legitimate. If you lie down with dogs, you get up with fleas every time and the rabid mutts you work for (even those who do happen to be licensed) are among the lowest vermin out there. This makes you not just a part of the problem, but an open invite for all sorts of non-rnn phone scammers who would seem to be posing as you since who can really tell the difference anyway? We wouldn’t hire these guys to track down a missing umbrella, let alone a missing account. They obviously have no business with anyone’s personal information except their own and absolutely NO ONE is under any obligation, legal or otherwise to give them anything.

Two calls from this number. Both times caller had such a thick accent that I could barely understand her. I asked they email request form and they never did. Second time when I asked her to read back the email address I gave she hung up.

Left messages for employment verification. Called back, stated they were RNN Group. Caller was RUDE!

caller calls looking for other occupant listed at this address asking for information and needing to reach them. very pushy and was asked not to call back because she was calling a business.

A woman called my place a work asking for me in my former name. She stated she wanted to verify my employment and last 4 ssn. She could never tell me why.

Do you think this has anything to do with a collection issue?

Calls multiple times a week to verify employment. Says she won't stop calling until she gets an answer, even though she's been told she's calling a business. Very pushy and rude.
