What kind of an idiot calls at 8:18 AM on a Saturday morning. Some female disturbed my sleep and I yelled at her for waking me up. I am tired of one call

I work construction and on the ladder most of the day don't have time for calls that aren't even really there calls me 2 or 3 times a day and I want it fixed if the phone company providing them their number after so many complaints from customers they should pull the number and give it to a legitimate company one that doesn't harassed people
Answered the call and said hello 5 times. Finally the other end disconnected without saying a word. I recently have had multiple false alarms with my security system and I believe they may be connected.
