A skinny white mail came to my residence and pretended that he came to service my Heating & Cooling System. When I went into the hallway to give him a clean filter --he was sitting on the steps which was too far away for him to reach the H&C System. Five minutes later, he wanted to know if I wanted to pay "today". Keep in mind, he DID NOT OFFER/SHOW ME A RECEIPT.
