Violated the FCC NO CALL LIST my number is registered on. Caveat Emptor. I do not do business with people that violate the law to get me to do business with them.
I got the same call. same day, got notification from my ID protection service that my # associated with that address had been compromised. I think they are phishing for confirmation that your # is associated with that address so they can progress in their ID theft scam.

I received the same text as the other people here are reporting. He had my correct address, and I texted him back but he didn’t respond. I called the number a few hours later and heard the same voicemail message that others here have mentioned.
just blocked this number, same message. wonder how they linked the number to the address. the only place i see correlation is city permits.
I called this number back and the message said this is Dan, please leave a message.
