I just received a text message "Quick question! How is the condition of your property" and listed our address also asked, any improvements? When I asked "Who is this", they responded "Bob". When I asked "Bob who?" they didn't respond.

Just got the same “condition of your home” text. Asked who he was. He said Dakota. I said Dakota who? And why are you asking about my property. No response after that. I also have my home on Zillow for $650,000.
Same as previous posters; "Quick question," listed my address, asked about conditions/improvements. Initially I responded asking if this were a realtor or individual, and the odd thing is that my responses wouldn't go through - everything just sat in "sending" status, as though the person blocked me immediately upon initially texting me. I could at least then delete my responses before they sent and then blocked the number.
