Keeps calling daily trys talking to answering machine woman with accent

Sorry they are a collection agency and have rights to call and try to collect unpaid debt. You can get them to stop calling and only write you, but that must be in writing,

I am old and tired, to receive [***] calls that people want to scare and threaten you with violence to give you money or steal your ID. We the people should stand up against these overseas or domestic threats and fight for our communities fidget for our country don't just pass the buck or forget about it or excuse it and ignore it. Fight for your rights call the FCC call your congressman and complain. Don't ignore anything anymore. This country the USA is worth fighting for don't just lay their and let your rights slowly be taken away. Start with this problem and keep moving , keep moving to protect freedom, keep moving to protect your children's future in this great nation. GOD Bless America!!!!!

Called and left no message. ID Midwest Credit

Unidentified caller from AZ. Left no message. Other posts here indicate it may be Midland Credit (or other collector) which is likely- since my number was assigned from my provider over a year ago, I still get numerous daily debt collection calls looking for the deadbeat who had the number previously.

Already successfully sued these clowns once for harassment, calling 12x/day trying to collect on a debt that I'd already paid off. They called again today trying to collect again, I laughed and said "ok, just keep calling, I could use some more money for your company harassing me" He hung up :( I wonder why...lmao.

I receive probably 5 or 6 calls a day from this number and we usually don't answer, but it's getting annoying! I answered almost 2 weeks ago and told them to stop calling me but they still do. I've been put on the do not call list, but it still calls. I called it back today and it was someone with a strong Indian accent that all I could understand was something about credit services. Again, I have told them to stop calling.

called my home phone 1/24 at 6:35PM. Indian accented man saying he is from Midland Credit Management and was asking for me by name. I told him that's not my name and he must have the wrong number and then he got mad and hung up. If you receive a phone call and there is an Indian or Chinese sounding person talking it is probably a scam of some sort.
