United Blood Services ... 8:19 pm phone call!! Sorry I donated in the first place... they call every week!!
United blood services has called me every day this week. Different times of the day. I call the number back to get in touch with a rep, but I never can. Next they they call I will tell them to take me off their phone list or I will never donate again. This is crazy!!!
UBS, I love how they switch phone numbers every month. I also love how they call at 8:30pm, 7am, Sunday mornings, Friday nights, you name it.Boo minus.
United Blood Services doesn't stop calling me. Just called now from a different number. It is 8:54 pm. I usually run low on iron and cannot always donate. I only donate when work does blood drives. But once they get your number they don't stop calling.
They keep calling from different numbers so blocking calls isn't a practical solution. I have donated blood often locally but the call center is relentless. I requsted a supervisor and asked they not call me any more, but they call anyway.
United Blood Services won't give up, I couldn't donate blood back when I was under weight but the keep calling. They didn't even know I can't donate till I fatten up, I have asked to be taken off their call list but they didn't listen. American Red Cross has much better customer service.
NOOOOOI'm pretty sure I can give my blood when I want to, you don't have to keep pestering me.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
