Person called asking to open an Old Navy account and verify my address. I already have an Old Navy account so questioned why they would open another. She didn't have a good answer, but said someone used my SS, phone number and name to apply for credit, however used an address in another state. I didn't provide any info, but asked a lot of questions. At the end of the conversation she asked if I would like to provide my address so she could send me confirmation of the cancelled application. I said she should have that information since I already have an account. She became very evasive. Tried calling the number and the call doesn't go through.
