Apparently it was my Neighbor and he was pissed at me for stealing his news paper. Lol.
I just got a call from this number. Luckily, I dont' answer calls I don't recognize. I also am at work and didnt recognize 481 as a real area code. I googled the number and found all of your messages. This crazy. some loser needs to get a life.
