If you press 2 it just hangs up. I have had 10 or more of these calls on my BlackBerry from various numbers. I answer them as any business call and get the same line..."You Factory warranty..." I dialed the operator to ask them to remove my name and I got a guy on the other end who said, "Sure, would you like me to get you a drink and mow your lawn as well..." What a prick. I would like to know how to file a complaint against this crap.
