Haha! That's a good one. It's always refreshing to see creative new scams. We've grown so tired of the old ones.Politicians are definitely known for "compensating" people, but only people who give them lots of money! I hope nobody falls for this.
I answered then they hung up...I never called the number back, for fear of ig being a scam. Mtg suspicions were correct.
Interestingly, I was told to press 1 (not 2) to remove my number from the 'expired' survey. I did press 1. We'll see what happens. If they do call again, I'm undecided whether to ignore it or answer and take the survey, furnishing the silliest possible responses.
