Left voice mail, inmate from a correctional facility, I block call as I know NO ONE who would have been ever arrested
Its someone in Delaware county jail. Its a real call but they say its $3.00 plus the cost of the call at 17 cents a minute, and you get 30 minutes. Well a 15 minute call wound up costing like $15.00. What a ripoff!!
