Got a call today and answered it. Woman asked for a "Michelle Hughes", which is not my name. She apologized and hung up.
Got a call on Friday from this number on my cell, didn't answer. Same number called my job which I did answer. Harassing me at work to get money from me, which my insurance had already covered. Safe to say I didn't give them any of my credit or debit card information.
Same as audrey in sept 2015. Insurance fraud much? Never pay. Always check with your insurance carrier first! They covered & paid them. Trying to get a double payment.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
