Said he was a customer service person, but didn't say with whom and that we could win several trip destinations. I told him I was not interested and hung up.
Just got a call from this number, just said "Cell phone Ky" on the caller ID. I did not pick up, no message was left.Very glad 800Notes is here - now we know not to bother calling the (cussword) scammers back. :)
Calling and not leaving message when unanswered. When answered robot voice asks if you can hear them ok.
No voicemail message left, so I have to assume like the others that this is a telemarker spammer

Called twice, dont leave message but keep phone going for 15-20 seconds and then hang up
