was called i was not home wife took the call said her name was karen from v.a. wanted to talk to me was told i was not there. wife asked what she wanted gave a snotty answer that she could not talk to her will call back 10/18/21 in the morning

By my guess it's the VA in Lousiville. As the call back number is the regional VA Regional Office Number.
I believe it's a skip tracer or bill collectors. He claimed to be VA Regional Office out of Louisville. I checked and it is not VA.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.

Shoplc. I don’t mind them calling if I have a problem but they called me 3 times in past 3 days to fill out survey they emailed. If I wanted to fill it out, I would have, I don’t need calls, plus I did fill one out but am still getting calls.

Got a letter that said I applied for an AMAZON card. Called the number to inquire what this was for, they started asking for personal information. When I said no they hung up on me.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
