Portsmouth Regional Hospital bill collection... after almost killing yet again and billing auto ins for a fall @ gym caused by a stroke misdiagnosed as "hysterical female syndrome" by a **** dr. I don't care if they get paid but they keep calling even after I sent a cease and desist
Any debt older than 7 years is no obligation to you. By that time the statute of collection has passed. What collection companies attempt to do is get you to admit that it is your debt by harassing you on recorded lines. The "debt timer" resets the instant you admit it is your debt and another 7 years to harm your credit and harass you begins. Do not admit to ownership of debts more than 7 years old!!
Hospital debt collector. My Mom and cousins were in a car accident in December. Bill has been paid by international accident insurance. They are still calling my number which was ONLY given to the hospital so they could reach me for medical reasons, not as a number for the responsible party for the bill. I've since given up even answering to explain. They have some really 'smart' people working there.

They have called twice but don't leave a voicemail. With the rise if AI voice spoofing, I won't take the chance. Snail mail, text or detailed vmail is the only way to engage with me, stay safe and pray that God touches the hearts of these scammers.
