Did not answer call. I get SO MANY spam and robo calls, it is getting ridiculous. I did a call back an hour later and a recording advised "it is not a working number". So in essence, it had to be a masked/high-jacked number.
This jerk has called 2 times today, so I researched and found several complaints.
