Getting calls from this number several times a day. Never leave a message and the few times I have answered nobody is on the line.
This number keeps coming up on my phone. I don't know any Andrew Salazar. What I do know is they call every day sometimes more than once and it isn't always this number. They don't leave message. I am not interested in what they want or trying to sell or scam. I consider this stalking and harassment. I have blocked and will never return their calls or answer their calls

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
