SCAM ARTIST!!! Calls claiming he's with the Sheriff's office, talks all sweet and professional too you, makes up some fake charges against you, then says you have to meet him somewhere and give him $300. Bernalillo County Sheriff's office in Albuquerque has been trying to catch this guy for years.
