The woman spoke very quickly and was deliberately unclear when announcing who she was looking for. When I finally got a real answer, she asked for someone who has never been an employee here at the company. She then became impatient when I asked what the call was regarding, her reason was " A Failed Delivery". She then proceeded to ask for a "Productions Manager" and asked "What's his name?" I began asking her questions to better transfer her since we have two different "Production Managers" and she ended the call.
