Received a call from same digits advising they were OPTIMUM, trying to get my cellular service transfer PIN. Didn't pick up - I called the number back and it seemed to be SuddenLink. I am a customer with them so it seems legit.

This is a Suddenlink #. They said they are doing a repair and my service will be out for up to one hour.

Answered but nobody on the other end. Seems to be a number to Suddenlink, who coincidentally is onsite for a new install. If this is supposed to be an automated call of some sort, it kinda scares me that it malfunctioned - maybe my service will be the same.
