This is very ironic that this is all posted with in the last 60 days. I bet its all within the same postal code. I am not sure. I called it....we shall see want happens... I plan on changing my number so yea im not to worried.
I Just got one in the mail as well! Just moved in 2 months ago!! I'm sure as hell NOT calling them!!
Same story, and I won’t call it and give them a phone number to connect to the address and make their scams easier!

I just got this same piece of mail. I'm also a new home owner. It asks for you to call and ask for Andi then gives you some made up parcel number.
