Recivede a call from this number - left no message indicating who it was. Called the number back and it says "check the number".
Call at all hours, but it's not limited to the 296 number. GRRRR! :( Looks like PG&E has given out people's info without permission and lots of so-called "helpers" are calling folks offering to upgrade their energy setup in their home. This nonsense should be STOPPED by PG&E! They have no right to invade people's lives like this. Wouldn't dream of letting such people into the house! :(((

I answered and they claimed that they represent PGE for free upgrades for energy-efficient upgrades to your apt/house. Wanting to set up an appointment to come to your home to check out what you need. Foreign accent. There is a place that helps low-income people with energy efficiency, but they do not conduct business like this. SCAM

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
