They leave a message with references to vague items with number and person and extention to ask for, then that person is unavailable. Also using 855-963-8588 and 716-256-1923 and 1875. They denied being debt collection, but wouldn't say what kind of business they WERE doing.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
