CID = hidden name. Left "a room-full of people talking" blip on my answer machine. A SCAMMER. Same call as yesterday from the same number, a SCAM call from an unassigned number from a small Texas town. This makes 173 of this type of call I have received since 10/1/19. Service providers really need to take action to stop these harassing calls.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
