Yes. This is Cincinnati bell disbatch center...sometimes busy but I called a few times and it connected me. Where I found out that I was scheduled for a setup/connect that I never approved. They sent a tech to my house without my permission. This number was the tech 'seeing if I was home'...scares the hell outta me. BUYER BEWARE...very invasive....I think I'm going to look for another provider.

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
