They call and start talking to the person who answers the phone like they know them. They just go on and on, and finally you have to hang up on the SOB's.....

I formerly worked for TQL and I can say with certainty they're not bottom trollers. They aren't always the best or nicest people but when you are fighting to save your job on a daily basis you do what you have to. They are also the second largest freight broker behind C H Robinson making all sorts of money in the process. It's sales and just so happens to be phone sales which if you haven't tried is a little difficult. While they provide training; it's baptism by fire for the most part. Also TQL frequently show up on top employer lists throughout the US. Just some food for thought.

This is the worst instance of telemarketing I ever had. Josh with Total Quality called our office asking how we did all of our shipping, and since I didn't notice it as a telemarketer at first I let him go on for a minute before I hung up. He then called back a minute later, and asked why I hung up on him. I told him that we were not interested in what he was selling and then hung up again. A minute later he called back a THIRD time. He said I better not hang up on him again because if I did he would just keep calling back the next day. I told him that we did not need any help with shipping, and he kept saying that he didn't believe me and that I lied to him. I told him that there was absolutely no chance of us using their company and that he was just wasting both of our time, and he finally hung up

They always call and we always tell them that we do not use brokerage firms and go carrier direct but then the next week they call again, as they do some business with out US branches but honestly, why would a Canadian freight forwarder go to an American broker for freight loads when we have our own freight brokerage team state side or go carrier direct. Poor listening skills on their part.

Idiot company. We have repeatedly told them we do not ship truckloads and to remove our # from their list. Yet, they will call back the next month and ask the same stupid question. Panasonic call block is on high alert and we finally blocked them.

Non asset based logistics company should not be allowed to broker freight. Please, people, use your local companies. TQL does not have a good reputation with a lot of carriers as well.

Repeatedly calls our office to shill for TQL Logistics. Have asked to be removed from their call list with no success. Do not do business with this scam company.

Use an Asterisk based phone system like freepbx. Set the inbound route to call them back. When they call us, Ive set it to just xfer them back to themselves. See how they like harassing themselves for a change. Next, Ill set it to ring thier President/owner home phone instead. We'll see how long this BS lasts then!
