These people say they going send me to jail come to my job they breaking fair debt laws am building a case on them to sue them
I too received a call and I was told I needed to settle a debt in 5 days otherwise I would be charged criminally and have to pay all their legal fees as well as 10000 rather having to prosecute me criminally. When I asked for details on debt was told to call another number for details. Contacting an attorney Also left a message as an "agent to serve a scheduled dispatch" however when speaking to said he was a paralegal.
