Oh lord, here we go again with more incorrect information. Telescum do NOT get anyone's number from the DNC list! Telescum have autodialers that dial every number in an particular area code or exchange in succession.Adding your number to the DNC list is a good thing: 1. It stops "legitimate" telemarketers from calling. Imagine how many MORE calls one would get if they were not on the DNC list. 2. Being on the DNC list lets you know immediately that any telemarketer that DOES call you is violating the law and therefore to be ignored and reported.Yes - call blockers are also a fine idea but please stop spreading nonsense about the DNC list being a source for scammers.
